Can I get services individually, or is a package mandatory?+
No, there's no package requirement. You can start with a single service and open up other areas as needed. Most of our clients start with ad management or SEO; within 6 months they expand to 2-3 services.
What should the minimum ad budget be?+
It's hard to truly test below ₺50,000/month on Meta Ads and ₺75,000 on Google Ads. For budgets below these figures, we recommend starting with organic channels first (SEO + social media).
Is creative production included or an extra charge?+
In our retainer model, a set number of creatives per month is included (ad visual, video, post). Additional creative needs are resolved with clear pricing — no surprise invoices.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?+
Guaranteed measurable improvement in the first 90 days. If it doesn't happen, the contract ends and we don't charge for the last month. We put this in the contract.
